Designing a Website for an Artist: Displaying Artistic Works Online

The website was built in WordPress without using pre-made themes. A fully custom design was implemented to reflect the unique artistic style of the artist based in Lanzarote.

Technologies Used

Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript were used to create a visually rich and engaging design, showcasing the artist’s portfolio in an elegant and easy-to-navigate format.
Backend: PHP was used for custom functionalities, with the WordPress API handling content management and portfolio updates.
Portfolio: The website features a clean and organized portfolio layout, allowing visitors to easily explore the artist’s work, including paintings, sculptures, and other art forms.
Multilingual Support: The website is available in three languages – English, Spanish, and German, allowing a broader audience to appreciate the artist’s work.
User Interaction: A contact form, gallery view options, and social media links were integrated, allowing visitors to reach out, inquire about available works, or follow the artist on social platforms.

This project resulted in a functional, visually appealing, and professional website that successfully showcases the artist’s talent and diverse art forms. The solution is designed to be user-friendly, ensuring visitors can easily navigate the portfolio and get in touch with the artist.
